Please make all checks payable to Bullock’s Golden Retrievers, LLC.

 

The Seller hereby accepts a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 (to be given/mailed with contract to Seller) toward the purchase of the puppy identified below.

 

The Seller upon receipt of the above mentioned $500.00 deposit acknowledges that the Buyer is purchasing a puppy with LIMITED REGISTRATION. This deposit is non-refundable except if enough puppies are not whelped to supply the Buyer.

 

The full purchase price is $__2,500.00 and the balance of $___ 2,000.00 (CASH) is due in full before the puppy is delivered by the Seller to the Buyer.

 

Price includes Kentucky Sales Tax  -  ($ 2,358.49 + KY Sales Tax $ 141.51= $ 2,500.00)

 

Crate, Shipping, and any additional Handling expenses will be paid by and are the responsibility of the Buyer.

All applicable terms and conditions below will apply, AND that this puppy is sold with

LIMITED REGISTRATION.

 

*Limited Registration means that the dog is registered but no litters produced by the dog are eligible for registration.  This puppy is being sold as a pet and companion animal with Limited Registration and this puppy is not being sold for the purposes of breeding.

 

 

SELLER:  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Seller represents:

That the above puppy has been examined by a licensed Veterinarian and was found to be in good health.

That reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent this puppy from acquiring hereditary defects of the hips, elbows, and heart. However, due to unknown hereditary and environmental causes of such defects, no guarantee will be given against them.

BUYER:  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

The Buyer(s) Agree(s):

That this puppy will be examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt. If the puppy is returned due to illness, a verified letter from the Veterinarian is required. This includes death or illness from any health condition deemed present prior to removal from Bullock’s Golden Retrievers, LLC premises.

(In this case of death or illness from any heath condition deemed present prior, verified by licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt after removal from Bullock’s Golden Retrievers, LLC premises, purchase price of puppy shall be refunded OR replacement puppy if one available from current litter or the next litter will be given.)

That said dog will be given proper medical care including, but not limited to vaccinations and annual boosters, be placed on heartworm preventative, adequate and proper shade and housing in a fenced yard or kennel.

That the Buyer AGREES THAT THE DOG WILL NOT BE BRED, PET ONLY and WILL BE SPAYED OR NEUTERD AT AGE RECOMMENDED BY YOUR VET.

That the Buyer will groom, train and care for this dog in a manner consistent with high quality animal husbandry practices.

All Veterinarian fees and expenses shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.

Under no circumstances shall Bullock’s Golden Retrievers, LLC (Cindy or Ronald Bullock) be held responsible for any expenses for any puppy not in the possession of Bullock’s Golden Retrievers, LLC (Cindy or Ronald Bullock).

All disputes shall be handled under the laws and jurisdiction of Kentucky in the Superior Court of Boone County, Kentucky.

That the Buyer will use the prefix Bullock’s at the beginning of the dog's AKC Registered name along with any other specific themes or words requested by the Breeder.

That this dog will not be used for any purposes of research or vivisection (research done on live animals) and shall not be sold or given to any wholesale establishment, chain store, catalog sales house, pet store or puppy mill.

That this dog will NEVER be surrendered to any humane society, animal rescue group or animal shelter.
